Our work together will be an active process of change. My role is to guide and support you in strengthening your sense of self and personal power to make changes in your life. I strive to create a highly collaborative working relationship founded in respect and honesty.
My primary focus is adults. I support individuals struggling with relationship stress, anxiety, depression, career dissatisfaction, and general life challenges that come with being human. I provide a safe space for individuals from all backgrounds, and have a special interest in working with LGBTQIA and individuals in alternative relationships.

Depending on your needs I offer both therapy and coaching options.
